Delivery
We will deliver up to 100 miles from Kingman AZ. The cost of delivery has to be paid prior to delivery (we can accept, paypal, zelle, cashapp, chime, and venmo). This costs $15.00 an hour plus .25 a mile, with a minimum of $10.00. So, if the address is 100 miles away, we would estimate that at 1.5 hours so it would cost $22.50 (hourly) plus $25.00 (milage) for a total of $47.50. We are also willing to meet up, and go up to 100 miles from Kingman. (The 100 miles is not hard and fast and we will go slightly over that amount.) The delivery is refundable until we leave and are on our way. We only charge one way. We will share our location with you by phone if you wish. We are also willing to work with transport companies.
Pickup
If you are interested in adopting from our Rattery, please note that we operate a closed-door facility. This means that you will be able to select your rats based on photos and videos, which can be provided upon request for specific rats that interest you. We do not permit visitors to enter our Rattery, which is located within our private residence, in order to safeguard our rats against external health risks and maintain our family's privacy. We offer pickup services for your new rats at a local public location.
